Our Mission
Amouze Mousse is a celebration that everyone deserves a little decadence easily at hand. We celebrate slowing down, enjoying moments together, or just treating ourselves, and knowing that it doesn’t take a lot of ingredients- just a few with high integrity to make a lasting and memorable impact on our palettes and hearts.
We may be chocolate mousse spouses but we’re just family friends! As francophiles, we’re enamored with the French approach to slow eating and preference for fresh, pure ingredients in their food. We recognized that in the US, we don’t have easy access to a high-quality chocolate mousse and don’t often enjoy it as a dessert on its own. So we set out to change that.
We are proud to share Amouze Mousse with others. Made with locally and ethically sourced ingredients, it is a simple dessert derived from alchemy. As purists, we love it on its own, but there are so many ways to make it shine. We hope it puts a smile on your face. Because You Deserve It.
